Conditions:
  1. Jewellery should be unused and in original condition. Jewellery altered for or by customer will not be exchanged.
  2. Jewellery can be exchanged only once and that too against new jewellery only. It can’t be exchanged for Coins.
  3. Cash memo value will be the exchange value irrespective of the gold rate prevailing on the date of exchange
  4. Taxes will be refunded only if the purchase is made in the same state from where the initial purchases were made.
  5. Original Cash Memo / Guarantee card must be produced at the time of exchange
  6. Studded jewellery will require verification of stones at central workshop and the process may take about 3 to 4 working days.
  7. Jewellery made against customer order cannot be exchanged.

Conditions:
  1. Original Cash memo / guarantee card must be produced at the time of exchange.
  2. Diamond Jewellery will require verification and valuation of Diamond at Central Workshop and the process may take about 3 to 4 working days.
  3. All jewellery pieces will be checked for actual weight and karatage before exchange
  4. Diamond jewellery can only be exchanged against purchase of diamond jewellery
  5. Diamond Polki set through Wax setting will not be exchanged.

Conditions:
  1. Original cash memo / guarantee card should be produced at the time of exchange
  2. Actual weight will be ascertained only after removing the stones and melting the jewellery
  3. Karatage will be determined based on purity ascertainment by RGJL
  4. Stones studded in the jewellery will be removed and returned to the customer. After removal they will not be Set again. RGJL will not be responsible for any stone breakages while removing them.
